Worst experience I was told they were the best dealer in the area, but I have never had a worse car buying experience. My salesperson was very quick to make a deal and I was told they were the best dealer in the area, but I have never had a worse car buying experience. Insurance information - Not correct Date of pickup - Not correct Final invoice amount - Not correct SOS assistance - Only set up after 3 emails Satellite Radio - Never set up Trust me, once they have your cash deposit, if you have an issue, you will never hear from them, and if you do, it will be because you had to hound them and hound them for an answer. I will NEVER buy a car from these guys again. Their showroom is beautiful. If you want to go there to look, then go there. Then, go someplace else to spend your money! More

Fantastic first-time leasing experience I had a great experience at Rallye BMW this past January. I arrived knowing that I was interested in a luxury SUV, and wanted to check out the X3 & X5 I had a great experience at Rallye BMW this past January. I arrived knowing that I was interested in a luxury SUV, and wanted to check out the X3 & X5 models (I'd also been to see SUVs at local Acura, Audi & Infiniti dealers). Right away, I was very impressed with the sheer size of the facility, as this is literally the largest car dealership I've ever seen. Throughout the entire process of learning about the cars, test driving, and ultimately signing a lease for a 2015 X3, I was very impressed with the professionalism & courteousness of the entire staff. I'd also like to specifically call out Peter Diaz, our sales rep, as he did a fantastic job. He was very honest & forthright about what options were available in each model. He was also extremely patient with my many questions, and was happy to make himself available via phone & email, no matter the time of day. I'm very pleased with my purchase (I love the car!), and am definitely planning on returning to Rallye, when my 3-year lease has expired. More
