Over the past 30 years I have purchased numerous luxury cars, among which for the past 20 years have been my BMW's. Although I have always had positive experiences with the salesmen with whom I purchased/ cars, among which for the past 20 years have been my BMW's. Robert went above and beyond to provide a positive experience from our initial meeting to the conclusion and signing of my lease. Robert was always courteous, made time to see me and answer any questions that I posed. He was truly a gentleman who thoroughly explained all aspects of my 2014 BMW. Mr. Wachsman made my experience leasing another BMW positive from start to finish. The atmosphere at Rallye BMW is warm and friendly and Mr. Wachsman's knowledgeable and caring attitude certainly made my experience even more pleasurable. More

As soon as My wife and I walked through the door, we were welcomed with great smiles and impeccable service. We were then greeted by Mr. Mitch Messeling, who showed us a vast array of vehicle which fitted ou welcomed with great smiles and impeccable service. He was polite, friendly and funny a great combination to make us feel right at home. it was a simple transaction. we were trying to purchase our pampered and pristine m3 convertible off lease. my wife and i had an appointment with a specific salesman who at the last minute as we entered d our pampered and pristine m3 convertible off lease. my wife and i had an appointment with a specific salesman who at the last minute as we entered dealership was informed he went home ill. to be honest we both looked at each other and said" here we go another simple straight forward deal at a car dealership going south". In stepped Gabriel Hale who introduced himself and asked us to explain what we needed and from there he was incredible. Within record time we were explained all our options of purchase with rates and incentives. We made a deal talked about Gabriels own incredible new car that he is really proud of.. (it is beautiful). Escorted to business partner who explained the other bells and whistles we could need to protect our investment..We purchased just the rim and tire protection through BMW since our rims and tires are specific to the M3. Got an appointment for the car to be inspected for CPO and off we went. Dropped off car at said appointment with Gabriel waiting to again explain process. Returned on appointment to sign papers and pick up our new/CPO M3...Truly i dropped off my wife to sign papers while i had to do carpool. Returned in about an hour to find everyone smiling and waiting for me. Gabriel handed me the goodies he promised plus out his pocket he handed me his personal first M STYLE KEYCHAIN THAT HE SAID WAS LUCKY FOR HIM! It was his own keychain and hoped it brought us luck just like it did him...SO in closing i would without hesitation recommend Gabriel Hale for any future BMW dealings...Do not let his Young appearance fool you he is very knowledgable and compassionate about his job and seems to be invested in his clients....thanks again More

I live much closer to Hassel BMW than to Rallye, but I travel further just to get the service provided by Rallye. I have purchased 4 cars from Bert, and he has always gone out of his way to give me the b travel further just to get the service provided by Rallye. I have purchased 4 cars from Bert, and he has always gone out of his way to give me the best deal he can, and if/when I ever have a problem (even after the deal is finished), Bert goes the extra mile to find a solution. Most recently, I noticed that the Bang and Olufsen was providing a set of $165 earphones when their upgraded sound system was added to the car. I picked up my new 750Li in September, and realized recently that the voucher for the earphones was never provided. Bert repeatedly followed up with both BMW USA and Bang and Olufsen until he managed to get the voucher for me. This is far from the first time he has gone out of his way to help me. As long as I buy BMW's, I will work with Bert and with Rallye BMW. More
