This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with an auto dealership. I first brought my car in on December 27 for my annual maintenance. I was told they may not get to my car that day as they w with an auto dealership. I first brought my car in on December 27 for my annual maintenance. I was told they may not get to my car that day as they were backed up from the holiday. I eventually took my car back on the 30th when I could not be told when it would be ready and rescheduled it for Jan 17th. Bret was not working so Anthony was my new POC, he was honest and told me again that they might not get to my car that day but that he would keep me informed. When I did not hear from him I called on the 20th for an update at noon where I was told he was with a customer and would call me back shortly. When I had not heard from him by 2:30 I called back and was able to speak to him and he told me he had no idea when my car would be ready. I followed up with him on the 21st and he finally told me that my car was going to be looked at. I then received a video showing me my car and I followed up with Anthony to see if everything was OK and he told me yes. My wife, who had been tracking the car saw that it was about 15 miles away from the dealer and that the driver window was down and the temperature was well below freezing. I asked Anthony what was going on and asked him to call me. He told me that they drive every car to reset codes, I asked him if he was sure that they drive every car 30 miles to reset codes and he said yes, I asked him to send me a text to document this and I am still waiting for that. Overall, I am frustrated that it took two appointments and days of waiting with no communication to handle a normal serv More
