Rallye BMW - Service Center

Very disappointed with the service. I was informed by service prior to my appointment that the tire warranty package purchased covered my tires but apparently when I came to my appointment this was not t service prior to my appointment that the tire warranty package purchased covered my tires but apparently when I came to my appointment this was not true and was informed by the service advisor that this is not covered abs I would have to pay out of pocket. I will probably not lease another Rallye BMW again because the service manager did not have the decency to even speak to me about this matter during the visit More

It is good, just frustrated cant figure out what is going on with X3 and errors we keep seeing. Spending lots of money and nothing seems to be working. Great service . I made an appointment at noon to have the car checked out for low antifreeze. They told me to bring the car in at 2. I waited 1.5 hours at most. The car was checked out and I got a spectacula car checked out for low antifreeze. They told me to bring the car in at 2. I waited 1.5 hours at most.
