I give a score of zero. I came in for an inspection that exceeded 2 hours which made us late for our appointment. As we were exiting the dealership the tire pressure light came on. I text Stephen as soon a exceeded 2 hours which made us late for our appointment. As we were exiting the dealership the tire pressure light came on. I text Stephen as soon as I arrived at my destination. I brought the vehicle back at my earliest convenience. There was a nail in the tire. I waited for another 2 hours was told because the “glue” needs to dry. I was also charged to patch the tire. As a long time customer of sales and service and regarding this situation I was unsatisfied and disappointed. More

During my 1st call , I was introduced to Evan Marro who showed a great professionalism in explaining my needs and was very quick in responding to my emails for any question I had. Amazing! I have wanted to be part of the Mercedes family for so long. Financially a new vehicle wasn't in the picture for me. I have never purchased a CPO vehi I have wanted to be part of the Mercedes family for so long. Financially a new vehicle wasn't in the picture for me. I have never purchased a CPO vehicle and was a little nervous to do so. I fell in love with the GLE 350. It became evident that a CPO vehicle would be just as trustworthy as a new vehicle and fit perfectly into my budget. Victor made it so easy and stressless to do so.
