Joe is highly professional, practical, and knowledgeable about the cars and options available, and was genuinely interested in helping us find the right fit for us instead of just making a sale. When we came back to complete the paperwork everything was ready and the process was quick and seamless, and Joe had someone provide a comprehensive overview of how to setup and use the car's features, and followed up by phone and email with my wife and I to make sure we were happy with the car and to ask if we had any questions. I will definitely go to Joe again when it comes time to buy or lease our next car. More
Gtreat Problem with my GLE350 was an intermittent in the air conditioning. Intermittents are among the hardest problem to repair as it usually is not present Problem with my GLE350 was an intermittent in the air conditioning. Intermittents are among the hardest problem to repair as it usually is not present when being worked on. The service department did not concoct an excuse or a rationale as to why they could not find the root cause. The technician finally found the wire that was shorting to the chassis and that solved the problem. Give him a lot of credit for persistence and not giving up. Cannot remember the techs name but he was very good. More
