would've liked an E63 loaner for my E55 but can't complain brought my 2005 E55 in for the classic mid 00s E-Class fuel smell outside the car, worked with Katie Lyons who was very friendly and professional. my brought my 2005 E55 in for the classic mid 00s E-Class fuel smell outside the car, worked with Katie Lyons who was very friendly and professional. my final bill was $0 including the loaner since this was a recall, and rallye didn't try to sell me any additional services despite how easy it would've been on an AMG that's (mostly) out of warranty. assuming all this passes review and gets published, anyone who sees this and has an E-Class from this era don't wait too long! the warranty for the fuel tank components is 15 years so anyone with a 2003 or 2004 don't miss your chance! if you got this service done and paid out of pocket, you're likely entitled to reimbursement, so unless money is unlimited definitely consider this. i'd recommend that one get their mercedes serviced here except that it's still a dealership and unless it's for free i almost always say stay clear of them. especially if your car is really fast and/or stick shift, since you can bet that some inexperienced valet kid will move it unsupervised at some point and try to have fun with it lol... i would! also darwin in parts is terrible and gave me the wrong stuff again but oh well. everything worked out (as far as i know) though and i'm happy. rallye seriously has a top notch facility and just walking through the property is a bit of a treat in itself! thanks again to Katie. Its time for by monthly visit. I have an S550 and thank god I purchased the tire insurance. These cars are awesome but the tires they put on them are useless. I am at this dealership on an monthly basis (and now this month starting 2xs a month) for the same issue. My rear tire will not hold air because the rim was damaged by a pot hole. Instead of replacing the rim which I have requested multiple times they just send it out to be "repaired". The "repair" usually only lasts from 2 to 4 weeks (this time about a week and a half) before the tire starts to lose air. You would figure that after the first 2 or 3 times they would just replace the rim but they don't so I am heading back again. The only reason why I keep going back is because it is at no cost to me because of the insurance and I get a loaner car while they try to "fix" it. More

From New York to Alabama! My experience with Rallye Motors and Vitor Cosme was outstanding from beginning to end! After totaling my 2014 Mercedes CLS 550 in August of 2018, I n My experience with Rallye Motors and Vitor Cosme was outstanding from beginning to end! After totaling my 2014 Mercedes CLS 550 in August of 2018, I needed to purchase another car. I knew I wanted another 2014 Mercedes CLS 550, but while searching online I quickly found out it was almost impossible to find the same car I had with the same color scheme which was black on almond mocha.I found a lot of online dealers who had that car on their website, but when I called them, none of them actually had it in stock. After calling a bunch of dealers all over the US, I finally found Rallye motors. I was lucky to get Victor on the line. The car was in stock (because apparently they keep their website up to date) and Victor was happy and helpful throughout the entire sales process. When the car arrived on a transport truck in front of my house in Birmingham, I was thrilled! The car was immaculately detailed. It looked brand new! And Victor continued to help me even after the sale was over. I had a flat tire and he told me he already had me registered for Mercedes Benz roadside assistance. They came to my house and changed the tire for me! He even helped me again when I called him from the DMV at 8:00 am one morning while trying to get the car registered. The Alabama DMV was telling me I couldn't register the car because I didn't have the correct paperwork. Victor offered to speak to the woman himself. Turns out I did have the correct paperwork, which of course Victor knew I had everything I needed! Rallye Motors is a top notch dealer in my book.I received a beautiful and immaculate Mercedes Benz and I had a wonderful salesman who followed up with me and was there for me when I needed him. When you order a car sight unseen, you really have to trust that the salesperson on the other end of the line is going to be honest with you about the condition of the car. Victor was honest with me, and honesty is the #1 quality you want in a salesperson. If I ever buy another Mercedes, I will definitely call Victor Cosme at Rallye Motors! More
