Good afternoon, I'm sorry to hear of the issues you've been having with your Mercedes-Benz. We do appreciate your loyalty to Rallye Motors and would like to try and clear things up regarding this matter. After diagnosing your vehicle, we found a short in the ground to the curtain airbag. Our technicians also noted that the passenger floor was soaked and that there must have been a leak in the vehicle. To proceed with the diagnostic, we needed to remove the carpets and seats to assess the water damage and access the short, which was declined due to the cost. Although the light was eventually reset outside of our service department, the recall could still not be completed if there was an SRS malfunction code. Our car wash was inoperable during the time of service, so we do apologize for the inconvenience. Again, we apologize for the breakdown in communication and hope that we can work together in the future. If you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact us.
