Problems Lisa and Keith?? (Service Manager) were great. Patrick Ripley needs help. Failed to return 3 calls for almost 3 hours. Adjusting bill was nice but the Lisa and Keith?? Buyer Beware Buying a certified used E350. Salesman said "clean car, clean history, no accidents, no damage." Turns out Carfax said accident and damage. No apolog Buying a certified used E350. Salesman said "clean car, clean history, no accidents, no damage." Turns out Carfax said accident and damage. No apology,comments included "not structural damage so it's fine", "wasn't on the Carfax last week(accident 2016)." I ended up buying the car after they dropped price $600., No cloth floor mats were in car. This is day 4 leaving messages for salesman without a call back. I expected better from a Mercedes dealer. Naive me. More
