Purchased a sprinter Feb. last year , the air conditioner kept breaking and we had to have it fixed 4-5 times now. I turn my car in at 7 AM on Friday, 5/23, because a message popped up that the airbag on the driver’s side of my brand new(!) 2020 GLS was malfunctioning. I didn’t hear back from Ralleye until mid afte message popped up that the airbag on the driver’s side of my brand new(!) 2020 GLS was malfunctioning. I didn’t hear back from Ralleye until mid afternoon and then found out that the car probably won’t even go into the service department until Tuesday.because Monday is Memorial Day. I would have appreciated an update much earlier in the day and I’m surprise that they took a car first thing Friday morning that they couldn’t even put into the service department the same day. More
