Immediately Helped gave me a loaner car not to inconveinence me and followed up in a kind and always very Professional manner went above and beyond job descriptions on ALL LEVELS! Although my normal Service Rep Ramiro was not working since a Weekend Saturday Others on Team went out of there way to help and of course when Ramiro returned followed up and finalized!!! Also my Salesperson Robert Bianchi immediately offered to help me when Service was closed...Robert Bianchi is a EXCELLENT Salesperson, Manager and Asset to Rallye Motors and Mercedes Benz I HIGHLY Recommend him to all my family and friends he is one important reason I stay with Rallye Motors Mercedes Benz!!! Package A/one year anniversary service Overall, service experience and delivery we're good, especially from my service rep, Lisa Chea. Lisa was very attentive and on top of that things need Overall, service experience and delivery we're good, especially from my service rep, Lisa Chea. Lisa was very attentive and on top of that things needed done including the software update I mentioned prior to bringing vehicle in for service. She timed my arrival to pick up the vehicle perfectly. I'll be sure to continue to go to her for future service support. While this is minor but I would like to mention that when I picked up my car, all floor mats were soaking wet of which the two front seats had puddles. Was easy enough for me to dry it off with paper towels and airing it off when I got home but thought it was worth mentioning. More

Very good. I brought my car in for the 20,000 mile check up and was given a loaner car since Rallye would have my car for about four hours. Rallye kept to the ti I brought my car in for the 20,000 mile check up and was given a loaner car since Rallye would have my car for about four hours. Rallye kept to the time schedule and notified me when my car was ready. Rallye was prompt in the original processing of the expected service request as well as the processing for the loaner car. The subsequent return of the loaner and the pick up of my vehicle was also promtly handled. More
