Terrible customer service. Made an appointment and they did not honor it and was like, “oh well”. I made a maintenance appointment and wanted them to diagnose an issue. I bought my vehicle at the end of August and was told it was not available after I signed the paperwork. I still do not have it and no contact from Planet Ford. Manny the finance person called me on Oct 3 was not available after I signed the paperwork. I still do not have it and no contact from Planet Ford. We were told by Lindie Sage we would receive the $1500. 00 rebate directly to us. Now the general manager says that was not the way it was done. We disagree.
