Took my car in for a check engine light told them about a air bag light that was on got the car back the air bag light was still on asked the service guy why didn’t they fix it he said I didn’t say anything air bag light that was on got the car back the air bag light was still on asked the service guy why didn’t they fix it he said I didn’t say anything to him about it. I did tell him about it they called me about service work they said I needed I don’t think they even checked because I had the services done not long ago. So if they can call me about stuff I don’t need they at least should have called me about the air bag light even if I hadn’t said anything they saw the light was on. The service center at this dealership has really gone down hill More

My Service Advisor Tim Znadarsic JR, worked with me and let me know what the problems were with my 2019 Ranger Ford Truck. The engine was not running smooth. He gave me the critical path to getting all the items corrected. He explained in detail what was being done, and the cost invloved, and estimated time to finish the work. I have the extended warranty, but it covered very little of the invoice. So what good is the extended warranty if it does not cover much. But that was not Tim's fault. So, now my truck is running smooth again and Tim and the mechanics did a good job. More
