I scheduled my service ahead of time because I needed 3 things. - 10,000 service - Take care of a recall - Look at an issue with the center console compartment After 2 days, they told me they needed things. - 10,000 service - Take care of a recall - Look at an issue with the center console compartment After 2 days, they told me they needed a 3rd day to look at the center console. When I asked about the recall, they "forgot" and hadn't done that either. I had a similar experience years ago with my previous vehicle and I stopped going to them. Since there was a warranty issue AND a recall, I thought I should go to the dealer that sold me my truck. Big mistake. I'll be going elsewhere in the future More
