The service was good. I brought my car in for a recall. I was hoping for a same day turnaround but it was a 3 day turnaround. I understand many vehicles were coming in for I brought my car in for a recall. I was hoping for a same day turnaround but it was a 3 day turnaround. I understand many vehicles were coming in for similar parts so I can understand the delay. Also, I wasn't told until I dropped off my car that I may be charged a diagnostics fee of $180. This was not on my radar with either of the two phone calls I made prior to dropping off my car so I was caught off-guard which was not pleasant. The recall notice said "no charge". All worked out and recall was fixed at no charge. More

At least the turn around time to receive my auto repaired back made up a little bit for the very up-setting situation that my car is a 2020 and has had so many problems... I was taken advantage off when I was for one reason or another in need of a car and the Salesmsn saw me as the best candidate for this vehicle, which was certified by Fird and have had an accident... all in a report that I got from a site where it shows you the history of the vehicle. I am not sure what the requirements from Ford are to certified vehicles but this is a degrading fact. More
