I was really disappointed in the customer service I received. This was my first oil change with my new car. When I arrived no one spoke to me. I made an appointment as I was told to do, but when I got there I was told it was first come first serve for oil changes and that the wait would be 2 1/2 hours. After 2 1/2 hours I finally went to get a status on the oil change to find out my car was done and had been for the past 30 minutes. They handed me my keys, did not give me any update on car, said the car was outside and I could leave. I get outside to find my car blocked in by 5 other cars. It was ridiculous! More

I really appreciate the fact that he isn't like other service advisors that try to sell you service that you really don't need. For instance last summer, Tim was not available to assist me when I dropped my truck off, and the advisor that helped me, called trying to sell me a throttle body cleaning, and an alignment, when the truck had less than 20k on it. I had just recently had a leveling kit installed less than 2k miles prior, which included the alignment. More
