I asked for quote on new tires before my oil change. there were cracks in tires from car sitting too long. They said tires were fine. Had associate come out and look then I received quote. I come here all the time. This time i needed my brakes looked and and changed. Shouldnt have taken all that long to do that. I sat for 3 hours. It was just sad that even a couple sales guys noticed I had been sitting there for a long time. I did get a discount and some extra punches towards my next oil change.
