I also expect someone to know something about the car when we do pick it up. The charging level was set low so the three hours we sat there waiting for a charge did NOTHING! My wife and I had to figure out EVERYTHING on our own. You pay sticker price you would think you would get some level of support and service. I will never buy a car from a dealership again! More
