I am not sure why it take a minimum of three days to diagnose and fix an issue. After having my Tahoe there twice my initial issue is still not fixed and now I have zero heat in the rear. I'm going to diagnose and fix an issue. After having my Tahoe there twice my initial issue is still not fixed and now I have zero heat in the rear. I'm going to find another dealership that has a quality service department. I am use to solid service from Dick Wickstrom Chevy in Roselle. I do not get nearly the same 5 star service at Rays that they give at Wickstrom in Roselle. Very disappointing. More

Chris is straightforward, honest, and comprehensive. He informed me of the work that needed to be done on the car but did not try to hard sell me on anything.
