I had come in to have my tire checked as it kept losing air. So I spoke with Luis because he helped me last time I was there. I also needed to pick up a beach towel I had left in a loaner vehicle. He sa air. So I spoke with Luis because he helped me last time I was there. I also needed to pick up a beach towel I had left in a loaner vehicle. He said they could take a look at my tire and fix it. I waited. Not paying attention to how long I was there he came and got me when it was ready. Apologized for the length of time I waited and I got the nail in my tire and my beach towel, and a car wash. He comped my tire repair, which was a nice surprise. He has always been so kind and polite. Your customer service is excellent. More
