Excellent Hospitality with Timely and Accurate Service Each associate, Jeff, Brad, and the service personnel all took the time to see how I was with the vehicle. I was concerned that 30-minutes would turn into an all afternoon or day from other horror stories at other dealerships. I really needed my car to work. However, they stated it should take approx. 30-minutes and it did. Jeff was the first salesman I ever had that was honest about the amount of time to fix the vehicle. It redeemed my trust in dealers, especially Westside Ray Skillman Auto Mall. Brad, primary salesman, was very engaging at speaking to me about the vehicle and was interested in the people and not just to sell a car. Brad made me feel like family. From there, phone calls and more emails kept me aware of the purchase process until I could drive down to Indy to take delivery. The car was perfectly prepped and the sales closing process was very straightforward. Good people to deal with!
