To the owner,I was asked to come there to talk. But they never solved the problem. I said that 4 oils changes would take care of the way I was taken advantage of with the financial officer. So in truth I was called down there for nothing. I'm just saying that if you promise a deal, then stick with the deal, instead of changing it in the financial office. I was not given a reasonable estimate when the warranty work would be approved. Communication was lacking. I was told repair approval would take a day and it took weeks.
