Purchased a used vehicle from the pre-owned lot in June; the sales person made it sound like a warranty was included in the purchase price when in reality it was being added on without my knowledge. This the sales person made it sound like a warranty was included in the purchase price when in reality it was being added on without my knowledge. This only became clear when my financing account was open and amounted to over $2,000 more than the agreed upon purchase price. It is now september; for the past 3 months I've been reaching out to regal trying to get this warranty canceled. I was advised that it was canceled and I just needed to wait a couple of billing cycles for the warranty amount to be removed, and no further action was required on my part. Fed up I called back yet again, demanding that the warranty be canceled and my financing amount be adjusted, only NOW am I told that I need to fill out a form AND wait 2-3 billing cycles YET AGAIN. I would never by a vehicle here again and urge anyone reading this to avoid this dealership. More
