Buying a new car is a huge process for me - from deciding which make, model and trim to deciding where and how to purchase. And I wanted to do it entirely online until we'd reached an agreement on a price. Working the initial phases of a deal in email saves time, fuel and...doodah, if you know what I mean. It took a week of online auto research, then several more weeks of emails with various dealers in the South Florida area - most of whom didn't read much, if any, of what I'd written and just insisted on getting me into the showroom to talk - which I had no intention of doing. In the end, it came down to one car and two dealers who were willing to work with me online - not on the phone or in person initially - for the price of the car I wanted. And I chose Rick Case Honda because of Dexter Angry. Dexter was prompt and professional and patient throughout our entire email correspondence. He paid attention to the specifics of the deal (I'm a fussy customer), was honest, and genuinely delightful to work with from start to finish. The actual dealership experience was also very pleasant. I worked with several F&I agents - Yosuan Martinez, Eric Weaver, and Vitali Lichtenstein - all gentlemen, all cordial, all professional. And before I drove off in my new car, Andrew Carrillo came out to thank me. Rick Case Honda is committed to a good customer experience, and it really shows. I will be servicing my car there exclusively in the future and hope their service department is as attentive as their sales and finance department. I just picked up my new 2012 Accord EX-L yesterday and started what I hope to be a long and happy relationship with Rick Case Honda. Cheers! More

From the moment that my husband and I walked in the door the experience was great. From start to finish the team was very professional and courteous to us. I was very pleased with the price of the product, we gave them a starting price and they were able to get numbers that we were happy with very quickly. They made it so that we felt as though they were there with us and only us and gave us their undivided attention, and time when we needed it. I would return back to this dealership and hopefully work with the same employees as they accomodated to our requests and made us very happy with our purchase. The paperwork was very painless as Frank and Mike entertained us very well and like I mentioned before answered everything once, twice, even three times and all with a smile. Yup. Sticker price on the car I was in the process of buying (2012 Accord SE) was $24,445 (see picture I included to this). Price the sales person came to the table with? -- $26,998.00. Where did they get this from? Not sure... To start with, I must say the sales person (Rafael) was great. Unfortunately, from then on, it all went downhill. The price difference, I was told was "an honest mistake" but their financing, pricing, etc, was still being based on the higher price (NOT ON THE STICKER). Jason, the "manager" did not manage to manage himself very well. He basically said "Honda does not want your business". It was rather unfortunate to hear that, especially from a company that is competing with Ford, Toyota and other brands that are basically offering the same features, cars, etc. Jason, the manager, said "even if I give you the price you saw on the sticker, which is a mistake (he clarified), you cannot afford it. (guys, let's make a note here, I make over 60K a year) At any point, my sister took a picture of this "sticker price" that turned out to be not the actual price of the car Morale of the story is, STAY AWAY from these guys and be sure to report anything fishy to Honda in California (Headquarters). These guys should not be allowed to deal with customers, especially when someone like me is like "I am going to buy your car, even though I love Ford"... deal lost, customer lost and now their reputation. Bottom Line, nice cars, good sales people, horrible management and very poor "inventory management" (aka "the computer or someone else made a mistake") I finally bought my car from another dealer, and was informed that Rick Case had "red flagged me" so no other dealer would sell me the car. (so not acceptable). This has been reported to American Honda. Be careful if you go to this dealer. Very frustrating experience that was not limited to my visit but it continued to disappoint me beyond that. More
