I am a returning customer who has recommended and assisted several amity members and friends with their purchases from Rick Case Hyundai Weston. I have always received the highest level of regard and professionalism each time until yesterday when I encountered Victor Pizarro Jr., the sales manager. I was acting agent on behalf of my 85 yo grandmother wishing to lease the Santa Fe with this month’s Santa Fe lease promotion. Mr. Pizarro was also aware of my vehicles of interest which were the Santa Fe base and SEL models. The long and the short is, he presented me with numbers that did not represent the promotion, (which is perhaps strategy), however, when I asked why I was not offered the lease promotion as I know she qualifies for, his response was “well we have several promotions and I did not know which of them you wanted”. I asked , “so which promotion was I offered”,(as he had the salesman to shove to vague sheets in front of me with both including $4000 down payment and one with a $441 m.p. and the other $401, no vehicle sales price, and forcefully asked, “which one do you want?”. Because I challenged him on the the fact that he failed to give me any promotion, he then turned away and unprofessionally responded, ”Have a nice day”. I am appalled and utterly disgusted at the treatment I received and the mockery of Mr. Case’s legacy. Mr. Pizarro displayed reprehensible behavior and I will make sure he knows. He is even listed with BBB for unscrupulous behavior during another lease/sale. More
