I made an appointment for changing my tires, not an oil change. This dealership is far away from my place of residence, and I mentioned it when making the appointment, as a result I cannot leave my car and come back. For your information, I never encountered this delay in any other dealership, and being "short-staffed" is ridiculously inaccurate. You had a long line of cars waiting to pull up to the front of the appointment area because you only had 2 people inside who were taking care of entering the work to be done, 1 of which was spending more time talking on the phone and away from his station leaving really only 1 person to do all the work.
