Disappointing My son purchase a used car from Rick Case Volkswagen and when he drove it home, I inspected it and noticed a cut on the sidewall of the tire. I told My son purchase a used car from Rick Case Volkswagen and when he drove it home, I inspected it and noticed a cut on the sidewall of the tire. I told him to bring it back in hopes they would make good and replace a $100 tire, after he spent over $14,000. But instead they sent him home believing it was his fault and not theirs. Shame on you! You care more about the sale than the well being and safety of your customers. Over a $100 tire! I will continue to go on every review site for Rick Case and let people know about this. If I can get one person NOT to buy from this dealership, I've done my job. I hope it was worth the $100 to you Rick Case! More

Buying a car has always been a daunting task for me and everyone I know! My current circumstances have me in a position with not-so-good credit. I am new to the Weston area and really had no idea where t everyone I know! My current circumstances have me in a position with not-so-good credit. I am new to the Weston area and really had no idea where to start to look for a vehicle. I took a chance on Rick Case, I figured with all the dealerships under that name, they must be doing something right. From the pleasant and helpful girl who greeted me upon entering to the final step in the finance office, the experience was hands-down the best it could be. My salesman, Farooq was very informative and helped me understand what my buying/leasing options would be. It was most important to him to get me into a car that was right for ME, and not what car was best for the dealership to sell! I was unsure that I would even qualify for financing, several different options were given to me and the Rick Case VW team found a way to make it happen. I’m relieved, grateful and absolutely love my new Jetta. It’s my first Volkswagen and won’t be my last. It has every feature I wanted, a safe, reliable vehicle with a warranty and it doesn’t hurt that it’s great looking ;). I would recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone looking for a car! Oil change, tire rotation and car wash problems Last time I had my oil changed at Rock Case VW I got 10 miles from the service department when my low oil light came on I stopped at Advanced Auto Par Last time I had my oil changed at Rock Case VW I got 10 miles from the service department when my low oil light came on I stopped at Advanced Auto Parts and had to by a quart of oil. I did not feel safe driving back and after adding oil had nothing to show away. This time I paid for a tire rotation but it was not done and they said the car wash was broken and if I wanted to get it washed I had to take my VW to a Honda dealer. When I complained to service writer he said there was nothing he could do. I keep coming back here because this is a leased vehicle and the sales department was outstanding but the service department is scary. If it wasn’t that I try to keep my maintenance records here to prove I took good care of my car this is the last place I’d let touch my car. I’m over 75 with heart problems and need a dependable car and their service on my car leaves me wondering if I’ll make it home every time they do regular maintenance. More

VW Shuttle Driver I had to be at the dealer a few times for the past few weeks. I had to use the dealer's shuttle service. Carlos Murillas was the driver.
