On the day of the service (3/02/19), I was received very courteously and the agent who took me in charge was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly as well. I remembered his name (Jose), because he also had an exemplary behavior the last time I came in for a battery replacement issue. He was very respectful of my time and kept me appraised of all the steps of the process. I was really surprised to be done much earlier than I expected. Not Good at all About 6 month ago I bought 4 new tires and alignment for my car. I was told that there was a part that needed replacing for the alignment and was cha About 6 month ago I bought 4 new tires and alignment for my car. I was told that there was a part that needed replacing for the alignment and was charged for the tires and alignment.... I asked for a quote but never did receive one!! Now I go back for oil change and tire rotation and your service department tells me I need two new tires and the cost to fix the rear end alignment is $1000.00 dollars. Why if you new the car would not align properly did I get charged for alignment you could not do? And now I have a mess on my hands do to you misleading. I do not think I will ever be using your service department and or purchasing from you. Sincerely Unhappy customer!!! More

very bad well, first let me say i had a great time with the sale Greg, after I went to finance I spoke with Daniel I told him that I wasn't ready to buy a car, well, first let me say i had a great time with the sale Greg, after I went to finance I spoke with Daniel I told him that I wasn't ready to buy a car, long story short I already have a tag but I asked to if he would be able to extend to 30 days tag and he said yes just call him I have been calling him no answer I call and ask to speak to a manager than the young lady transfer me to the finance department, and of Couse he answer the phone, and he told me that the transfer already went through, and I was not happy because that was not what we had agree upon. just to make a sale/commission you make a very good experience the worse in my life. and I would never do business with this company again and I know its not the company is the people that works for the company that's make people flee this way. don't get me wrong everyone was very happy as soon as I get my car and trying to reach someone no one is available . thanks Andria Brown-Maynard More
