The sales team was fantastic! Arnold Little worked with me for a few weeks to get what I was comfortable with done! The only downside I have to the dealership as a whole was when Arnold Little worked with me for a few weeks to get what I was comfortable with done! The only downside I have to the dealership as a whole was when I did my walk-around of the vehicle I purchased I failed to notice some pretty bad wear on the outside of one of the tires. When I brought it up 1 or 2 days after the purchase, they did give me a free alignment and rotation but refused to swap the bad tire out leaving me with 3 good tires and 1 bad one. I am appreciative of what the service department did for me, but was bummed that I’m stuck replacing a tire immediately after purchasing an expensive vehicle. More
