The sales guy, Lee, was great. He was very helpful. Only problem was that when I got the vehicle home, 4 hours away, the brakes were squeaking and happened everytime i was braking under 40 mph.. i voiced my problem was that when I got the vehicle home, 4 hours away, the brakes were squeaking and happened everytime i was braking under 40 mph.. i voiced my problems with the Rivard and they were not willing to help me fix the problem. So 6 days into owning my vehicle, i had to spend $400 for a brake job. Which fixed the problem. And all that Rivard would say is that, "we inspected the vehicle before it was sold and we didnt find any issues". Well guess what, there was issues with the brakes, and they were unwilling to help me fix it. I will never purchase another vehicle from Rivard. The way they handled this situation has lost them a customer for life and also any of my friends and family. Long story short, they sold me a vehicle that needed work done to it.. it was a 2020 vehicle, and I had to pay to fix the issues out of pocket. Extremely unprofessional. More
