I have had my 2019 GMC Sierra Denali in many times for the same issue. I just can't get a strait answer my service advisor is Alex and he never takes my calls and he calls me after I called him and left h the same issue. I just can't get a strait answer my service advisor is Alex and he never takes my calls and he calls me after I called him and left him at least 10 messages. It is so bad that the receptionist knows my name and number. I spoke to Alex about this and he said he tells me everything when he talks to me and I told him that's because he never calls me or keeps me advised about my problems. I can go on and on.... Now I went to pick up truck last Friday because I was told it was done. Well when I got there I was told they couldn't duplicate the problem. He said his technician took my truck to several locations couldn't duplicate the problem. Well the miles on the truck did not show any miles, the navigation didn't show any recent places, my GMC app didn't even show anyone moved the vehicle. My issue now is the Heads up display. It is not the same as my navigation system in my dash. I sent him several videos with the issue. I asked what it would take to just put a new system in. When I didn't take my truck on Friday they gave me a loaner for the day until they could look at this issue. Well it is now Tuesday afternoon and several calls to Alex and a message to the service manager and no one is talking to me. I just can't can't understand why no one is calling me. Alex is always with a customer or on the phone.... well when is it my time.... More

I purchased a GMC Sierra Texas Edition in December 2018, Jose Wingo was the salesman I dealt with! I explained up front I’m not the guy who will wait for you to go back and forth to figure out pricing. He s Jose Wingo was the salesman I dealt with! I explained up front I’m not the guy who will wait for you to go back and forth to figure out pricing. He said I’ll sit at my desk and give you a out the door price, he did! The next day I walked in, filled out the paperwork and drove off. Great experience and since I have brought my truck for service with no issues. The service team is always up front and honest which you typically don’t hear from a car dealership. I personally have nothing but great things to say about Rivard GMC. I’m actually going to be purchasing another vehicle from them before years end. More

Sale of New Car was a great process, but the New Car is CRAP We purchased a New Buick Enclave in July and the process was smooth, we shopped around and really appreciated working with the Sales team... We noted a few items that needed to be fixed with the new car, like the cooled seats, stitching on the steering wheel ect. Then after a few days noticed there were a few more things wrong with the vehicle. Since getting the car, we have taken our brand new enclave in for 5 service apts and so far they have only been able to fix one thing. as of the conversation i just finished with the service dept. i will just have to hope the problem gets worse so they can fix it later. in the mean time i'm driving a brand new car that squeaks and that is ok with them bc it doesn't do it "All the time" More

Friendly and efficient. I took my 1500 Sierra for service. My AC was not working and they ensured that the part was ordered and installed. My truck would need to stay at the dealer for a day, but they arranged for a rental. This is excellent service. I also needed my radio fixed because the screen kept switching screens back and forth. This issue still persists and I will need to take it back for service again. I would have given them 5 stars but my radio is still with the same problem. More
