This service was free as part of the ToyotaCare program, but Mike and others were friendly and pleasant to deal with. Mike called soon, as promised, to to tell us the work was done but also to ask whether we wanted a vehicle inspection, which would soon expire. Then he called again to say the car was all set. The temperature outside was just above zero, which prevented them from from washing the car—I hadn't even known that was part of the service. But I also hadn't known they would vacuum the car, so that made for a nice surprise when I got back into the vehicle. Overall, it was a great experience. More
