I scheduled an inspection, and it turned out that I needed more -- tires, general maintenance. The garage made time to do it the same day, and gave me a ride home and back to the shop. One thing I would change is the entrance procedure, where I was told to go in the waiting room and wait for a service rep. That made no sense, since it was just a matter of asking across the room who was handling things. More

I went to Toyota for a routine service. Joe Lane, my service advisor, alerted me two items that the technicians were recommending be done. I approved these items and were they done relativ Joe Lane, my service advisor, alerted me two items that the technicians were recommending be done. I approved these items and were they done relatively quickly. Joe its always a pleasure to deal with. He is attentive and informative while I am there. When I drive the car home I could feel the car driving better than when I brought it in to be serviced even though I had not noticed a problem driving the car when I took it to be serviced. More
