This was my first experience at Rivera Toyota and it was an exceptionally good one! Joe Lane was very helpful and informative. I was kept up to date every step of the way. They did a thorough checkup on my Prius and alerted me to some work that can be done now and in the near future. They helped me to prioritize what work to focus on first and what can wait a few weeks or months. I am so happy to have found a dealership that I feel comfortable with. More
