Are Catherine Hutt and Vilma Aurich more knowledgeable, friendly, or efficient? I'm glad I don't have to decide, because they're both tip of the arrow. The way the service department is organized (the mechanics drive your car in, passing over sensors to check your alignment, just as an example) assures that your alignment is monitored every time you bring your car in for service. That design attention to detail is indicative of the level of professionalism here; I, for one, deeply appreciate it, given the present state of roads in the tri-state area. More
