I brought in my SUV to have one flood light replaced, they didn't correct the issue now both flood lights are out. I have to rebook the appt. The other two light bulbs were replaced correctly. Service should have checked the repairs before releasing the car. Mark, my service rep is excellent as always; this is within the physical service department that manually changed out the light bulbs. They should have verified all replaced bulbs worked appropriately before releasing the SUV. More
