More importantly, during our pre-delivery inspection they pointed out a few imperfections we had not noticed during our evening test drive, and made arrangements to immediately make things right. Finally, when we entered the car to go over features and pair phones, Justin answered all questions clearly and completely, and surprised us with a bouquet of Roses to celebrate our anniversary.
