I have been searching for a vehicle for a while now. Went to another dealership and was not happy at all with the customer service and the lack of follow through. After being referred to Royal Kia by a friend who I have the utmost respect and trust I felt like I made the best decision in purchasing our vehicle there. This was my first time at Royal and it was somewhere I would have never have thought to go. My only regret is not coming here sooner.
