I have been a Royal Kia customer since 2012, and today’s experience reminded me why I will never go anywhere else. Today, I traded in my Kia Soul for a 2024 Sportage EX, and the experience was simply world-class. I want to give a special thank you to Luis Fragozo and Leila Thompson for their initial help and for truly valuing my history with the Royal family. A very special shout-out goes to Jesus Camargo, who handled the final steps of my purchase. Jesus was simply outstanding—patient, professional, and so personable that I felt like I was making a new family friend. He made the entire process seamless and stress-free. It was also a pleasure to have the General Sales Manager, Beto Rodriguez, stop by to say hello. He didn’t push us to buy the highest possible trim package of the vehicle we were looking at, and he in fact actually agreed that the lower cost of the two we were looking at would probably meet our needs the best. William was also spot on with his estimate of when the paperwork would be completed and the vehicle would be ready. He was flexible and collaborative throughout the entire day, and he even went out of his way to find a way to make the insurance verification process work WITHOUT us having to bother our insurance broker, who is a family friend, on the weekend.
