Emmylea was very friendly on our follow-up call and also well informed. One thing I would suggest is maybe cut back a bit on pushing for add-on's during contract signing. Working in Sales I know better than most the importance of upselling... But after what was a very streamlined & quick purchase process we wished that the last step (signing) could have gone quicker. Overall we were very happy with Royal Moore, and I'm sure we'll be back. More

I like the new drop off facility and I like being met by a service rep when I pulled in.
