Scheduled a meeting for Saturday morning at 9am and showed up 5 minutes early to check out a car I was going to buy. When I showed up the salesman Jonathan Rodriguez was showing a Customer the vehicle. showed up 5 minutes early to check out a car I was going to buy. When I showed up the salesman Jonathan Rodriguez was showing a Customer the vehicle. They test drove it and ended up purchasing the car. Not only did I have to wait after driving up from Salem he couldn’t even tell the other customers to wait until our meeting was taken care of. Horrible customer service and planning. I will never come to this dealer ship again. He should not be in sales and should learn how to use a calendar to schedule meetings. Thank you for wasting our time. More

The way I heard Ruby speak to another customer waiting for service or to be checked in not too sure what happened but it just seems rude I don’t agree that that customer shouldn’t of gotten snippy with he for service or to be checked in not too sure what happened but it just seems rude I don’t agree that that customer shouldn’t of gotten snippy with her but I don’t think her attitude towards the gentleman helped the situation all though I was just in the waiting room it was a different experience to hear people getting loud and mouthy in the service department sound like two upset customers and a rude service person not sure how I feel about seeing that happen .
