After purchase of a used vehicle, we have taken the vehicle back for multiple oil changes. We have raised concerns multiple times about check engine lights, have been told that with no light on, they a vehicle back for multiple oil changes. Being a mechanic previously, I know that has to be false. I have returned the vehicle with the light on, and they noted the light, but they didn’t do anything about the fault. They said bring it back a different day as it was a Saturday, and no tech was around. Upon yet another return to the dealership, the light had gone out, and once again was told they couldn’t do anything about it. I understand intermittent issues can take time, yet a code that Kia has posted a technical bulletin with warranty hours of .3… I also have been waiting for word on when our steering wheel heater will be replaced and it has been 2 months still on that issue as well. I don't think Russ Darrow is the best value for getting your vehicle serviced. Having regular maintenance performed here doesn't seem to justify the price. We called this dealership in Madison as the Rockford dealer didn’t have what we were looking for. Spoke to Johnathon and we told him what we were looking for. We were originally inquiring about the oran dealer didn’t have what we were looking for. Spoke to Johnathon and we told him what we were looking for. We were originally inquiring about the orange Seltos that they had in stock because there seemed to be no blue ones anywhere which was what I really wanted. He informed me that they were in fact receiving the blue Seltos that I wanted in a matter of weeks. So my husband and myself Drive to Madison from Pecatonica Illinois and test drove a similar Seltos. Johnathon showed us all the features and explained how to use all of the electronics in depth. We decided to purchase the blue Seltos upon delivery to the dealership. Johnathon set everything up so all we had to do is wait for his call when my car arrived. When we picked up the car, the whole Russ Darrow team from financing to extended warranty services was wonderful. They even had a sign on the car congratulating me on my new car! I can’t say enough good things about this dealership! I wholeheartedly recommend Russ Darrow and ask for Johnathon in sales. More

These guys should be charged with Consumer Fraud. They sold my son a used 2008 Honda Accord with major mechanical problems. He drove less that 300 hundred miles and the check engine light came on. He had to pay over $5000 for repairs just to make the car run normally. He told them what happened and they said it sucks to be you. They probably lied about why this car was returned w/n a few days by a previous customer. Do not buy any used car from these crooks! More

From the moment I stepped on the lot, Michael impressed me with his fact knowledge on the SUV down to the details and safety awards it has won. His personality was confident but he never once pushed or pressured - that’s difficult to achieve! He was genuinely excited about the vehicle I was looking at and thus hyped me up too. The telluride I got is beautiful - I am obsessed. I went in just to look at one for the first time but it’s Michael that sold me on taking the leap to try a telluride. I was also really impressed with the sales manager, but I don’t remember his name. He was really nice and respectful too. In addition to top it off, they gave me an EXCELLENT trade in value and I didn’t even have to haggle after their first offer. Just a great experience at Russ Darrow Kia of Madison! I’ll definitely buy my next SUV there - but I can guarantee it will just be another telluride! Lastly, as a woman who shops alone at dealers, it can be a tricky with how you are treated. Any woman who has car shopped alone knows exactly what I’m talking about - Michael and Russ Darrow Kia of Madison never made me feel like it wasn’t an even playing field - and my knowledge, trade-in value expectation, etc. was never questions or undermined. It was just SO great there! I wish I lived closer so I could get my vehicle serviced with them as well. Again, if you aren’t shopping with Michael - you are missing out! More
