When I signed up online 10 minutes before I went into the office, the oil change was for $89. When I went into the office, I was told that it was $100. The car's right rear tire then thumped when the brakes were applied afterwards. I brought the car back. I was told again that some of the tires needed replacement. I asked them to rotate the tires back to where they were. Now there is no problem. I brought my car to another mechanic who looked at my tires and said they were all fine. I would appreciate my money back for the rotation. My family has used the SD dealership and repair shop for years. This is not what I expected. More
