Horrible experience. ..dropped our commercial Promaster truck off on the scheduled day and the truck was not looked at for a month. I was told that there was only one individual that looks at transmissions (REALLY?). Communication was awful, I never received a call to let me know the status and whenever I called no one ever returned my call. I didn't get the work done at this place as I was afraid it would take another month to get the truck back. More

Was charged a hold on my credit card which was not applied to my vehicle purchases and still have yet to receive a refund. Was charged first months car payment on one of my purchases after I put 5k do applied to my vehicle purchases and still have yet to receive a refund. Was charged first months car payment on one of my purchases after I put 5k down, after the transaction was completed. That payment was then never applied or credited back to me and when I questioned it because I paid that same 1st months payment to Jeep 1 week after receiving my car Sal told me don't tell me how to do my job I don't tell you how to do yours then all of a sudden when he looked into it not taking my word at face value said this never happens but still have yet to get that credit back. Cesar was a nice guy but sold me on a truck missing equipment I wanted, told me he would take care of me on aftermarket parts gave me a fair price but then told me I had to install it myself but would get back to me on the Monday after my purchase to to what he can do which is now a month later and still no call no resolution. Bought 150k of cars, owners son was a gentlemen but finance mangers are arrogant and need a lesson in customer service. All and all disappointing experience for a small family style dealership. More
