Terrible experience w service and communication. Jeep had death wobble. No loaners although promised, no parts, and they made me call jeep to get a rental. About 3 weeks to get fixed: When I first spoke to service about loaner, they said even though sales promised u that when u purchased, we are service and sales and Service are different. I said you are both Jeep right? Service did not understand this concept of representing a company. Then service said loaners are usually ‘reserved in advance’ . What does that mean? People know their car is going to break down in advance? It was mind boggling experience, and prob will not buy Jeep again. More
