I bought my Jeep and as part of the contract you receive 3 years of Jeep Wave Maintenance (tire rotation & oil chang This place is a full blown SCAM! I bought my Jeep and as part of the contract you receive 3 years of Jeep Wave Maintenance (tire rotation & oil change, see attached photo/document FROM JEEP!). However, by the time it came to the third year, they said they are not doing that anymore. I pointed out it was in the contract, on their website, and my salesperson, Boris Aguirre, had highlighted this feature to me several times at the sale. How could it be more clear than their own contract and their own website?!?!? They responded that no, they are not honoring the contract. I contacted the new service manager, Paul Bonilla, and he also highlighted they are no longer honoring the contract. The old service manager was very helpful and abided by the contract. I have a text from him that they owe us 3 years of Jeep Wave, but this is irrelevant to the new management. They do not honor their OWN contract. The communication by the personnel was very poor. I would not recommend you take your vehicle to this service department. I had to continuously call them for information. They had my vehicle for a total of 17 days and did not provide a loaner vehicle. Even if they do have a low inventory of loaner cars I felt as though there was no effort to accommodate a customer such as myself since they were going to have my vehicle for that length of time. There was no concern on their part at all. All I was looking for was a phone call from they stating what the status of my vehicle was at a minimum of maybe every other day. At least I would have felt that someone was aware and advocating for me to get my car. When you get no call for days at a time and then when you call they act as if they don’t know who you are it is very disheartening. More
