Argumentative From start to finish it was a struggle. It started off with an argument with an analogy about one of the issues with my car. Then without notice or From start to finish it was a struggle. It started off with an argument with an analogy about one of the issues with my car. Then without notice or warning, I had to wait about 40 minutes for a shuttle to take more 3 miles. If I would have know the wait, I could have had someone from work pick me up. After 20 minutes, I inquired and was told another 10 minutes, which turned into 20 more minutes. At about 2:45 P.M., I realized that I never heard back about my car which was dropped off at 7:20 A.M. I called and was once again met with resistance and an argument. Moody was not able or willing to tell me when my car would be done or if it would be done that day. This was concerning because I would need to find alternate transportation home. I also inquired as to why my car was just starting to be looked at in the mid-afternoon after making an appointment for 7:30. This was met with another analogy and argument that ended with him saying and I don't think we can get the inspection done. I could go further, but in the end they finished my vehicle just after 5:00 P.M. Although, Sam Pack is closed to my work, I am going to start using Westway Ford to see if their service is better. More

Right from the beginning, our sales consultant Raul went above and beyond to find us the nicest. low mileage certified pre-owned truck he had available within our price range. When I made an offer, he came back with an even lower price! There were no games and no stressful negotiations. I got more truck than I thought I could afford, at a great interest rate, all under budget! Next we moved on to Justin, the business manager. Again, no stress. We went over all the options for warranty coverage and payment plans. There was no pressure or hard selling. I felt very comfortable and in control. The entire process (choosing a car, test driving, finalizing) all took around 3 hours total. Everyone was very nice, friendly and professional. I highly recommend this dealer. More

Reuben was the salesperson that worked with me like a friend would that was very knowledgeable in the vehicles and really wanted to help you find what you want, even if you're not 100% sure what you want. Yes he makes you feel that comfortable and has great ideas on how to compare models, trims, etc that makes it easy to decide. He gave me as much time and space as I wanted to check out the different vehicles and that is really important to me not to fell rushed. This was the same demeanor through the buying process witheveryone. From the moment you walk in the door at this dealership you feel welcome and like you belong. Everyone is very professional, friendly and helpful. One week later I returned to pickup my truck after having some aftermarket accessory work performed. Michael Krantz, the internet manager that assigned Reuben to me saw me, addressed me by name like he had known me for years. Reuben also saw me and greeted me the same way. Both wanted to make know how things are going witht he new truck. Simply said if you are in the market for a new vehicle go see Reuben! More

My salesperson Alan Reynolds had my car ready to test drive, when I arrived for my appointment. He did a great job showing me the car and assisting me with purchase. His manager Jose Garcia came out to greet me prior to my test drive. The people at the dealership were very professional, polite and personable. The car was exactly what I wanted, so the descriptions and photos were very accurate. Justin in finance got me a better rate than my bank did and a great price as well. I met Alexandra for accessories. She was very nice and professional. Not at all pushy, so I got the accessories that I wanted. She was also very honest in explaining price points. It was a very efficient, pleasant experience. Not at all what I was am used to. I was out in a timely manner with the vehicle I wanted. Would definitely recommend this dealership to others, and I would return for future vehicle purchases. Thanks so much for a great experience. More

Great experience, even thought I did not buy. Michael was great to deal with and got everything I ordered on the Super Duty 250 Platinum. He kept me informed by email as to the delivery date. The minute it came in, my wife and I went to see and drive it. Michael was nice enough to let us drive it, with him in the back seat, to our house to see it it would fit in our garage.
