Sam Pack's Five Star Ford is located at I-35E and Crosby Road in Carrollton,Texas. The dealership comprises more than 16 acres and employs approximately 200 local sales, service and administrative personnel. Sam Pack purchased the dealership in 1980 and the dealership has shown significant growth each and every year since.

Mr. Pack, Time Magazine's "Quality Dealer of the Year" for his exceptionally high customer satisfaction standards, also earned Ford's "Distinguished Achievement Award" which is the highest Ford Division honor. The Metrocrest Chamber of Commerce made Mr. Pack Citizen Of The Year and, more recently, The Carrollton / Farmers Branch Rotary Club recognized Mr. Pack as their Man of the Year.
Mr. Pack's Dealership has been listed by Auto Age Magazine as one of the leading dealerships in the United States. This was established by being in the Top 100 Club which comprises the top 100 Ford dealers Nationally out of approximately 4,600, on numerous occasions.

Where to begin… This is my second car that I have purchased from Sam Pack Ford in Carrollton. Once again RJ Robolloso and Jared Wingard rolled out the red carpet for me. They not only did they know m purchased from Sam Pack Ford in Carrollton. Once again RJ Robolloso and Jared Wingard rolled out the red carpet for me. They not only did they know my needs, wants, and budget — but their patience and determination to do whatever it took to get me the right car for me and my family. Sam Pack needs to somehow work “Family” into their slogan. Jared’s style of salesmanship makes you truly feel cared for. It was freezing cold that day and he wasn’t fazed. Laura Munoz was also so easy to work with when it came to all the financing. Helping us understand those numbers isn’t always an easy task. I even called Jared and Laura to ask some more questions throughout the process. All this starts with RJ and the amazing team he has assembled. I’m incredibly loyal to them. More

He provided my wife and I the space to focus the vehicle and confirm it was the right choice for us. He even took the truck to service for an additional test upon my request. We absolutely LOVE Jerad Wingard, we've purchased 2 of our 8 cars at Sam Pack's from him. He treats you like family from the time he shakes your hand. He's outstanding about following up and spends time with you showing all the in's and out's of the vehicle you purchase. The entire dealership feels like coming home they always roll out the red carpet. Thanks Jared for being our guy! Reuben and Trey are beyond incredible and have always treated us like family and any referrals we've sent to them. They answer our calls and if we miss them and are very prompt to call us back.
