He had a truck already picked out for us just how I wanted it, when I talked to him over the phone. He wasn't trying to make a sale that benifited us he was helping us find exactly what we wanted and could afford he listened to all of our wants and no conditions and signed the papers same day! This doesn't happen for us, the other places I have gone to look they were like buy this and it would be WAY out of price range but Jeff kept what we said in mind the whole time. Katie was friendly, knowledgeable and hard working. The used car had a “cigarette smell” from previous owner and she assured us she’d fix it, and she DID!! Our experience with Kate was so great we look for her today while we were “browsing” - our explorer was in service. Jeff greeted us on the lot as we were looking at used Explorers. He told us about financing deal and we ended up getting a new Explorer. I love it! Loved my older fords so I’m not expecting any surprises with new car. Jeff and Katie made this a great experiebce today, Thank you. It’s nice to encounter such excellent customer service! More

New F150 I had spoke with John Dye through the internet sales website and headed to the dealership. When I arrived, I asked a salesperson (Greg) about a partic I had spoke with John Dye through the internet sales website and headed to the dealership. When I arrived, I asked a salesperson (Greg) about a particular feature in the truck I wanted and he said that I would just have to look in ALL the trucks myself. He handed me his card and said if I had any questions, to come and find him. I threw the card on the ground. John Dye had called me before I walked off the lot and helped me find the truck I was looking for. John worked with me on price and I left with the truck I wanted at a good price. I would work with John again and recommend him to anyone. I don’t know if Greg still works there, probably not, but he should be fired. More
