I visited the dealership to just see in person the vehicles I was choosing between. The lot salesman Jerry Gilliland very helpful in showing me the vehicles I was deciding between. No, sales pressure at all and very pleasant to deal with. His manager Abe Fall told me about the specials for those vehicles and the time the specials end. Both didn't pressure me and made me feel welcomed to look at the vehicles in person. Then two weeks later when I was ready to make my decision to purchase. The online department Damon Delaney helped and guided my wife and I through the process. We had our two children with us, 5 and 7 years old, and Damon engaged not only my wife and I but the kids too. Made them feel part of the process and entertained by conversation. More

Only thing I didn’t like about the deal was I signed a interest rate in contract then it changed when I came back in to a high percentage but that’s the banks fault I’m guessing. All aside, he did a great job and didint lie to me, try to pressure me and did his best for me. I’m a Chevy guy but ford won this time thanks to the professional of this man. More

A JOKE Well first they rebuilt my transmission in my flex. The experience was horrible, service advisor had a lack of customer experience and never told me w Well first they rebuilt my transmission in my flex. The experience was horrible, service advisor had a lack of customer experience and never told me what was going on. Then they try and ding me for a dent on our rental that was there already. Well 1 month after my transmission blew again. Sent to Peoria ford who called me day after to say the front seal was installed incorrectly. They will have to remove and rebuild it again. Good thing for warranty. I advise anyone to find another dealership. More
