Mark was able to help me - finally when no one else was able to help me complete my recall repair. I had been to this dealership at least 3 times for the same issue - and each time, even after having an ap able to help me complete my recall repair. Appreciated being able to make an appointment on same day notice, getting my car back at the end of day as predicted, receive transportation for pick up, get accurate estimate, and being treated respectfully notice, getting my car back at the end of day as predicted, receive transportation for pick up, get accurate estimate, and being treated respectfully. I like the fact that I have an older 2005 RAV4 with 180k miles, one that I don't want to get rid of, and that is respected and appreciated by the service department. I feel like my financial constraints are honored and I was still treated well, even though I had gotten some in-between oil changes taken care of at other places for Location and budgetary reasons. So for all of this, thank you. There is one more thing I would like to work out, which is that I have occasionally heard the same sound squeal. I heard that brought me in for a $300 serpentine belt change. I would appreciate it if Kyle made a note of this and we had a chance to talk and figure out next steps. Thank you. More
