When I arrived at the dealership, I was told that my car would take 2-2 1/2 hours to be done so i decided to wait. I arrived at 9 am and got my car finished at 1:30 pm. I went up to the front desk of the gu would take 2-2 1/2 hours to be done so i decided to wait. I arrived at 9 am and got my car finished at 1:30 pm. I went up to the front desk of the guy who had helped me but he was nowhere to be seen. We saw him come back in and we made eye contact, however the gentleman decided to go and chat with someone else while he saw us waiting since we took the initiative to go and ask since we saw the paperwork waiting on his desk. Not only did he not come assist us after seeing us, another gentleman named Mikell went out of his way to assist. I appreciate him for helping us out however it still isn’t right that someone had to go out of their way and help us. Also other people had the workers go up and give them updates but the guy that helped us out initially never did that, we waiting almost double the time he estimated and never once even came up to tell us it would take longer. More
