I knew the price of the vehicle before I got there and didn't plan to negotiate. Wanted a smooth in and out sale. When I got there the second sales manager left early even though it was busy. I told the salesman to not bother to try to sell me any of the extra extended warranty or the clear coat, etc cause I'm going to say no. He told me that they still had to try to sell it. I said no after waiting for almost two hours for the sales manager. Then after everything we were sitting with the finance manager who tried to sneak over $1000 dollars in extra crap I didn't agree to pay for like etched serials number. The entire sale seemed slimy. The people showing the vehicle were great however. It took over 4 hours to buy the car that I traveled from the east bay to buy. Not great ! More

Didn't bother to contact me when my car was done, so I wait for 5 days without a car. Then when I went in person to figure out what was happening, turns out he has on vacation and didnt bother to tell his wait for 5 days without a car.
