I feel good about having my car serviced by Toyota mechanics. On my last visit, I was somewhat appalled by what a “minor service” costs! I went in because my dash told me I needed maintenance. Service was done but after I drove away the maintenance light came on again. I went back(visit#2) Someone reset the dash. It came back on. I returned a third time to find out it was a different type of alert. Toyota needed to order a part. Made an appointment for 2 days ahead. Arrived for visit #4 and was told the part had not come in! I didn't get a phone call or text to tell me. I arranged my whole work day to be.able to drop off the car. Not happy. More
I took my car in for a service appointment at 8:30 am and I had to call a couple of times to get an update. On the second call the person who answered let me know it was a busy day.
