Giselle was very helpful. After the work was done she arranged for me to go out with a commit mechanic just to verify that everything was working. The person that was helping me, quit that day as someone who worked there told me later, and whoever is in charge did not put anyone on my case to communicate with me about my car, no one told me that I wil who worked there told me later, and whoever is in charge did not put anyone on my case to communicate with me about my car, no one told me that I will have to wait for the next day to get my car back, the next day I had to call multiple times with no answer and no correspondence back about the ETA on my car whether it would be same day or another day to get it back. This is stark contrast from my previous dealership that leaves voicemails and sends texts on updates and ETA of my vehicle. So the customer service of the service department was substandard. I would give them one star, I gave an extra star to the people who fixed up my car quickly, and the shuttle drivers who were lovely, those two departments seem to be holding the ship together. More
