I love that you can get car washes for your car there. Receptionist and car dealers are great. The only thing is I had issues finding your parts department. I have bought all my new cars from Sapaugh for the past 21 years. I like the salespeople, especially Brian Hankins, my salesman. I always bring my car to Sapaugh for service. Quick and easy experience. Salesperson and financial guy were both nice and easy to get along with. No pressure. We had an agreement they would wait until I called (after transferring money from different account into checking) but didn’t wait. Disappointed in that. But otherwise good experience More

When the finance offer was nearly 10% higher interest than my current vehicle, the finance employee immediately understood what it would take to get me to continue buying a car and he made it happen. The than my current vehicle, the finance employee immediately understood what it would take to get me to continue buying a car and he made it happen. The lady, Carla, was very pushy saying “just accept the high rate and refinance in a few months” she repeated this to the point it nearly lost my sale. I can’t remember my finance guys name but he was great! More
