It took us 7 1/2 hours to buy a car! Randy was good but was taking care of multiple customers at once, so we were waiting for each step of the deal. Greg was good , but was obviously over committed and way behind. I would assume that both of these issues were due to a shortage of good people. We like your dealership, but hope you can improve this problem. I do understand the current job market. More

Was in and out with my new truck in under 3 hours. Friendly sales staff and great selection of inventory, really happy with my purchase and the warranty package that I added. At first the deal seemed to be going well. I noticed on the buyers sheet an add-on Accessory for "Break-Plus" and asked them to remove the device and charge, thankfully they said yes. I then t I noticed on the buyers sheet an add-on Accessory for "Break-Plus" and asked them to remove the device and charge, thankfully they said yes. I then told them that I appreciated it and that the last negotiations ended because the other dealership added on a GPS tracker and absolutely refused to remove it and it was 100% a deal breaker if there is one on the vehicle. Angie assured me that they do not install them. I believed her and did not check even though the back of my mind said to check. At the finance desk the "Break-Plus" made it back on the sheet but I spotted that to which Mike removed with some mumbling. Angie came to the office while signing and reminded Mike to transfer my current custom license plate to this vehicle but still issue me a temp tag, she then installed my custom license plate onto the vehicle and said that it is ok to have that plate on the vehicle and not the temp tag because I have 30 days while it transfers (I am an out of state buyer for this dealership). 30 days later after emailing them for updates I get a package in the mail with a new generic license plate for my state and new registration with my (incorrect) information. This means I've been driving the vehicle with another vehicles license plate illegally. I had to take time off work to go to my tag office and correct my personal information and transfer it to my custom plate at my expense. On top of all that I was noticing a vampiric electrical draw because the vehicle had a hard time starting and key fob autostart would cancel due to low battery. I found a GPS tracking device hidden behind and connected to the ODB2. On top of all this they sold me a vehicle with illegal tinting, I was not aware that it was too dark but I later found out is was... Tennessee Code Ann. 39-13-606 makes it illegal for a person to attach an electronic tracking device to a vehicle without all of the owners' consent. It is an offense to install an electronic tracking device on a vehicle without an owners consent. This is covered by Missouri law 455.095. More
