I love my Terrain It was about 10yrs when I bought my first car from Sapaugh. I liked how they kept in contact over the years. At first I wasn't going back when I decid It was about 10yrs when I bought my first car from Sapaugh. I liked how they kept in contact over the years. At first I wasn't going back when I decided to trade in my car but the more I looked online the more I realized that's where I should go. The same salesman is still there and he never made me feel like he was saying anything I couldn't believe. He has been there for me and I'm very happy we could find a vehicle that makes me happy. Bought two vehicles within 6 months! I bought as Impala for my wife and had a great experience my salesperson for that vehicle was Troy. A great guy went above and beyond for me. Six mont I bought as Impala for my wife and had a great experience my salesperson for that vehicle was Troy. A great guy went above and beyond for me. Six months later I came back and bought a Silverado. I thought I would be dealing with the same guy but ended up dealing with Blake. Just when I thought Sapaugh topped customer service they went even further with my second experience.
